How long does it normally take your sites to get indexed?

richard270384
Hi,

The first website I made about 8 months ago took ages to get indexed by the search engines,

But lately, my websites have been getting indexed much quicker. For example, I registered DomainingGuide.Info on 19 May and spent about 24 hours setting it up. I signed up for Google webmaster tools on 21 May and found that all pages on my site had already been indexed by Google.

Is Google indexing sites faster now, or am I doing something better?

Have you experienced anything like this?

may content of your new site is good. Or your new site will have backlinks from Good PR sites. Very Happy

It must be the back links... I added it into my signature on a few forums.

you can get your site indexed with a day by put its link in one of those big forums or more. But if your domain name is new you might few your site sandbox latter. Its pretty easy to get pages indexed but going up in serp is that hard part.

And easy to GO DOWNSTREAM after reaching #1 position, as some of my sites. Sad

the backlinks from your singnature are not the reason for indexing your sites.
every link with rel="nofollow" atribute does not matter to the google-crawler
and almost every forum site uses the rel="nofollow" atribute

Backlinks indexes fastest. Submitting sitemap too worked well for me for Google.

In my case I think it was back links... I just checked the main forum site that I post on, and they don't use nofollow...
