I have been trying to configure 'Simple Machines Forum' in my account, Its like PHPbb only. When the installer of the package asks me the 'MySql database name' of my account, for creating the forum's db, I give a folder's name which I've made to keep the db, But everytime , the installer cant find the databse in my account!
Pls enlighten me how to store data in my accounts database or use the MySql db in my account. All this is new to me! Bondings
You need to create a database in cpanel (mysql). A folder isn't needed.
