I had a look it seems to be a paid service. I'm actually happy with FriHost but want to check on other hosting providers for my clients..

it's a free service but you can pay to get extras. I am also using it on my own site.

I use mon.itor.us to pust "mon.itor.us" in your browser. it's also free.
There is also siteuptime.com they have 1 domain for free.
