MS Support site seem to be down

shenyl
Unable to get to http://support.microsoft.com/

Is there a problem with the site or something wrong on my browser?

Clear cookies, unable to ping the site, but need help on its KB.

Anyone cares to check this out?

With regards.
Sunny
works absolutely fine for me!!

when you ping the site, does it say request time out or cannot fine server ?

If its says cannot find, there could be some problem with your DNS server which is not able to resolve the site in to ip. IN this situation u can try to use open dns server such as 4.2.2.1 and repair the connection by right clicking on network adapter to flush the old dns. Hopefully this will work

Unable to open the MS Support site with my browser.

Not MS Support site down, but my browser's problem.

Anyone can help with removing auto filling of user ID and password?

I might have saved them and would like to disable them.

Help, before I do more drastic measure to re-install the browser.

Same problem with my Firefox browser. Strange, I suspect maybe
by proxy server (filtering of unwanted sites).

All help welcome.
