I scored 24,449. I did pretty badly because there's one city that I knew but temporarily forgot during the game, since I was thinking "how the heck did I mess the last one by so much." If it wasn't for those two misses, I could've gotten a pretty good score. I was born in Europe (I go to Sweden in the summer) so I really should know more.

It is a pretty fun game though.... Ankara was the one that I knew but missed.

There was one city (Porto) that I guessed (correctly) was in Portugal because of its name. Faro is harder to guess (it's in Portugal also apparently).
I got 21000. Could do a lot better I suppose, but not too bad for an ignorant American.

=/ Our country is the size Europe...it's enough work to remember the US alone.
Apparently most Americans can't find Iraq on a map or something like that... It shouldn't be too hard to get a basic understanding of the world.

Would it make the world different?
I agree people should want to have some level of understanding of the world and different regions. But pointing a country out on a map isn't that big of a requirement in the grand scheme of things. And it wouldn't matter a whole lot if the majority of US citizens could do so.
Oh dear - 20173 on the first attempt - the first 2 I was over 700 miles away but managed to start pulling it back with the next ones. I now know that Faro is in Portugal though

A little less than 21000. I lost major points for putting Birmingham in Alabama instead of the UK. I was hoping for something a little more global in scale, instead of being almost completely Eurocentric.

Well there is a Birmingham in Alabama, so that wasn't too bad of a mistake. You still did well (better than me). I got a little under 20,000. I know where most countries are, but I'm not as good at cities, especially their placements. For instance, I know that Barcelona and Madrid are both in Spain, but I have no clue where in Spain either are.

This was just successive games after the first one..
