A shoutbox....
is this work in any html webpages (thats i am not having the PHP site) my webpage is hosting in 50webs.com is it possible please help me
The php that makes it work is nice, work in the html and css styling and you'll be done

It currently uses php. I would have no idea how to port it to not php, as it uses fopen, fwrite, and fclose.
You could register at another site that has php, set up the files, and I-Frame it, though it would take a little more work.
Edit: You seem to have webspace at frihost which you could do the above.

I would add some CSS to style the shoutbox depending and according to the website layout.

I am afraid this is not possible.
The shoutbox script needs to be server-side in order to store the messages; and Java Script does not save files on the server.
I used to have a website hosted on 50webs. Since their free web hosting package does not include PHP or mySQL support, I suggest you get a remotely hosted shoutbox like Free Shoutbox or Shootbox.
