Just stumbled upon this forum, thought it was kind of a neat idea, and decided I'd go ahead and shamelessly promote my services as a graphic designer. 
I could make a set of emoticons for your site, perhaps an avatar for you to use somewhere? I'm always looking for new venues of the craft I could try out.
Also, I do regular web development, so if you ever need any CSS or HTML written (or, as of recently, PHP), I'd be happy to give it a shot for ya.
