Actively Running PHP Scripts From a Server

Abfc
Is there any way to run a PHP script off of a server? I ask because I have a PHP-built bot program for deviantART's chat network, but electricity prices won't allow me to run my computer 24/7 to keep it online. If I could get it to run remotely, I could keep everything going smoothly without my wallet disintegrating. ;__;

php is made to be run on a server Wink
Upload it to a php-enabled server and it should work.

It is possible on Frihost but I don't think it's allowed, since any kind of IRC traffic on the servers isn't allowed. Not sure if that only means IRC-servers though, because a java-client was also allowed.

I'll ask Bondings if it's allowed here.
