Maybe it's possible to use unicode encoding but I don't know.

Just an idea, but you could maybee save the greek images/words/symbols as a picture and insert that.
Greek Alphabet (ISO):
charset=iso-8859-7
Greek Alphabet (Windows):
charset=windows-1253

I had no idea cause i havent ever used symbols that arent english.
