Probably there is a configuration problem with Wordpress. Can you give us the url of the site? Does the error appear for a normal user, or only when you are editing the site? If the error does not come up immediately for an ordinary user at the url you give us, it would be helpful to know what actions you have done before the error message appeared.

This seems like a problem with the mysql database, the comments table. Maybe go to phpMyAdmin and try to repair the tabels there. This should hopefully work.
