Maybe there is need for more moderators from different time zones?
Please remember that the account creators are working for free, and it's not easy to find the right people to do that job.

Why should they always be available? They are offering you a service. And what's more they're doing it for free!
Moderators do not exist for the sole purpose of immediately granting your impatient wishes.
