How do you make a brush?

How can I make a brush in photoshop?
I have made one before but I just don't remember how to go about doing this.
I want to just make my own brush and stuff so i can further my knowledge in photoshop

You could also try www.deviantart.com and search for brushes, they have a huge selection.

I usually upload all my brushes there.
