Which account? Your forum account or your hosting account?
Forum account: You can't remove it. Not by yourself, anyway. You may request it to be deleted, though I don't think the mods/admins delete forum accounts.
Hosting account: Request to get it removed in the 'Request an Account Change' forum.

Your Forum account cannot be removed as in order to do so we would also have to remove all your posts...which if they were involved with busy threads it could cause lapses in the posts. Your hosting account can be closed by simply PMing either an Admin, or the owner.
The request change form on your Account page is used for changing the current name on your sub-domain, not removing it.

we don't delete forum accounts. This user doesn't have a hosting account.
Please create only one thread with requests like these and create them in the 'request an account change' forum.
