I have a pretty simple web design template I made it photo shop. I need you to slice it and turn it into a css template.
It needs to be broken into 4 sections:
1. Banner
2. Navigation (I'm sure you can figure this out, its the silver)
3. Body (This is where the black is, it needs to be expandable so It can accomodate larger/smaller amounts of content)
4: Footer (This is the bottom of the black where it curves)
