Mac OS feature for vista

I have used Mac OS X on my laptop (dell inspiron 1501)
Is there some software for Windows Vista that runs a spell checker for everything?
If you have used the latest firefox the spell checker in it.
how it underlines the spelling errors.
is there a piece of software that will spell check everything?
like in Mac OS X

By everythin, you mean browser and Office right.

I use Microsoft Office and Firefox with some plugins. It checks spellings wherever I type Laughing

i mean like if i have a simple text document. my yahoo messenger chat window.
