Tray icons in XP

Hi folks!!
In Windows XP, how do I set, if possible, the system tray icons not to get hidden (behind the "<" arrow), meaning they would always be visible, without demanding me to go to the notifications settings and set them manually to always display?

right click on your taskbar, choose properties, select notification area tab, uncheck hide inactive icons.
