layout messed up when viewing with firefox

my site looks the way it shud when i view it with IE but when i view it with firefox it's all messed up and looks bad literally.

A quick thing you could try out is pass the w3c validation services.
Html validation
CSS validator

This way you might be able to find out errors that cause the design to work bad in FF Wink
