Horizontal nav problem

Hi all,

My horizontal nav (www.bobltd.frihost.net) has no gap between it and the header in IE7 but with firefox there is. Also, how do I adjust the gap between the nav items? I've got padding set as 0 but it still won't work.

Could it be #navigation that says

Thanks for that ftv_flung but the change you suggested affects the bottom of the border and not the top.

Anyone else fancy having a go?
