How do I make the FROM: address when you recieve it in an email client be what you want? I know when my blog gets a new member the notification is always from wordpress@blog.atomicdingo.us but from my website which was coded from scratch, all emails come from pollygon@tsljournal.com! I want them to say noreply@marketplace.tsljournal.com.

You can use headers in the mail function (fourth argument) to specify From:.

Example
Code:

$headers="From: noreply@marketplace.tsljournal.com"
mail($to, $subject, $msg, $headers);

Check php manual for more info http://php.net/mail

That is true, but you (or your members) can include noreply@marketplace.tsljournal.com in their "Kontakt book" first time when mail is come in Junk folder and set "This is not Junk". In that case all mails from this address will go in inbox.

I have it set as @marketplace.tsljournal.com becuase TSL Journal and TSL Marketplace are two different things, but they are both related to Teen Second Life so I have it there until I get a domain for it.

Much easier to code it yourself and actually learn something other than using something somebody else has already coded for you. But, either way it works.

Why use open source code and things like that? I code everything myself. I was going to use the registration system from Wordpress for my site, but it is overly complicated for what I need. It is so much simpler to just do things yourself.
