[English] Lecture

Hi,

I'm writing a research work and now I have to translate key words documentation to English. Could you please help me and correct possible mistakes below? I'm in a little hurry. Confused Thanks in advance.

Nowadays there are increasing demands for faster, more reliable, safer and automated unified system for marking and tracking various products, which demands precise choice of advanced information technology. This exceeds capability of now well known bar code. There are new solutions nowadays, which allow more accurate control and identification. One of those new technologies that is already working well but is still in the developing and is going to be improved, is called radiofrequency identification or abbreviated RFID. Authors of research work developed a system for identification of radiofrequency tags and implemented it in foot orienteering matches. System consists of microcontroller, RFID reader, GSM modem and stabilized power supply. If competitor with compatible RF tag is near, RFID reader checks his unique identification number and sends it to microcontroller through communications lines. In next step microcontroller stores it to temporary memory. GSM modem then receives this tag along with accurate time of detection. Then it sends SMS with all included data to recipient. Such system allows automatic registration of competitors on arrival to individual orienteering check points, where identification and timing of competitors is logged. They have come to conclusion that usability of RFID tag reading station depends on GSM plug-in. On contests, failures and instability of electronic devices cannot be tolerated, so in this case, implementation of GSM modems in necessary.

I'll take a stab here at making it sound more natural.

Today, there are increasing demands for faster, safer, more reliable, and automated system for marking and tracking products. These demands exceed the capabilities of the current bar code system. But using modern information technology systems, there are more accurate control and identification systems available today.

One of these system is Radio Frequency Identification system (RFID). This system is in use today, and continues to develop further. [don't understand the foot part] The system consists of a microcontroller, RFID reader, GSM modem, and a stabilized power supply. RFID tags uniquely identify a product by transmitting an identification number, which differs from other products.

[can't infer meaning from this point on...]

Nowadays (sounds kind of old-timey, like something a grandpa would say. Fine, but perhaps not the image you're looking for) there are increasing demands for faster, more reliable, safer and automated unified(safer, automated, and unified) system for marking and tracking various products, which demands precise choice of advanced information technology. This exceeds capability of now well known(Should be either "now known" or "well known", not both) bar code (either "bar codes" or "bar code technology"). There are new solutions nowadays, which allow more accurate control and identification. One of those new technologies that is already working well but is still in the developing (development) and is going to be improved, is(. It is) called radiofrequency identification or abbreviated RFID ("(abbreviated RFID)"). Authors of research work developed a system for identification of radiofrequency tags and implemented it in foot orienteering matches (?). System(The system) consists of (of a) microcontroller, RFID reader, GSM modem and stabilized power supply. If (If a) competitor with compatible RF tag is near, RFID (The RFID) reader checks his unique identification number and sends it to microcontroller through communications lines. In next step microcontroller stores it to temporary memory. GSM (The GSM) modem then receives this tag along with accurate time of detection. Then it sends SMS (Acronym not previously explained) with all included data to recipient. Such(Such a) system allows automatic registration of competitors on arrival to individual orienteering check points, where identification and timing of competitors is logged. They have come to conclusion(to the conclusion) that usability(the usability) of RFID (a RFID) tag reading station depends on GSM (the GSM) plug-in. On(In) contests, failures and instability of electronic devices cannot be tolerated, so in this case, implementation of GSM modems in(are) necessary.

I don't mean to be picky, I just am trying to help as much as possible. Not all of the corrections need to be made for grammatical correctness, but they would all change it for the better and make it sound more natural.
