So, I discovered today, thanks to the mother of invention known as necessity, that a Tostinos $.88 pizza makes an awesome Calzone.
Or at least I think it will.
You can't cook one in the microwave, because it will just be a soggy mess... And to cook one in the oven takes WAY too long, BUT --
hold on a second, I have to go take my new invention out of the toaster oven.
-- Okay, that was f@#^& awesome.
So you take your pizza, fold it in half so that it now fits very conveniently in the toaster oven, turn the temperature to about 350, and cook it for about 8 minutes, flipping it once.
It's cheap, it's delicious, it's eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeasy.
Now I'm one happy boy.
As always, be good to each other. Keep it all real and all of that jazz...
And say hi to your mom for me please.
Love,
Uwe
P.S. the pizza came from Walmart, so if you read my prior post about that, you know that I'm a huge hypocrite.
Peace out!
