WIN32 api: scroll events with tray icon?

JayBee
I want to write some easy application with a tray icon.
After I scroll mouse wheel and the mouse is over my icon, I want to recieve this messages.
Handling clicking is easy, but I want scrolling. Does anyone know, how to do it?

I tried to find some tutorial for you, but I've failed. Sorry. Sad You need help from a real programmer. I hope that some one will help you.

I didn't find anything too. I thing it is hard to do it in windows. Thank you for your interest.

Do you know any software that does a similar thing? You could contact its developer to ask how he did that.
JayBee
The problem is that I use this software and I like this behavior. But it is volume control for some Linux desktop environment.
<-- scrolling up and down without click cause volume to change
I sometimes must work with Windows so I want to write something similar.
- change volume is easy
- create tray icon is easy
- catch scroll events is hard
