So after struggling for some time to figure out exactly what I need to do to get my frih website e-mail to work with windows live.... I've desided to ask for help... It hurts me Sad

try using this as your nick name

nickname+email.com use the + instead of the @ sometimes this helps in outlook might help in live

or if you are just trying the nickname not the email try that.. or just the nick if your use the email..

The FAQ Gives you all the info you need, all the other info you are asking for in your little code box is irrelevant, leave those at the default settings and you should be fine.


Q: What are the mail settings?
Both pop3 and smtp are mail.frihost.net (server 1) or mail.frih.net (server 2). You can also use mail.your(sub)domain.
Your username is the username@yoursubdomain.frihost.net or username@yoursubdomain.frih.net and the password the one you made in cpanel for that specific username.
Please go to your Cpanel or DirectAdmin documentation if you need more documentation about this.
