one of my hobbys is jogging
I stand up early on every morning and went out
my favorite course is 10km long 
My advice would be to stay off the concrete, as it greatly increases the impact on your joints over softer ground. Some people seem to be able to take it, but some (my uncle for example) end up with problems in the knees or hips. The impact is the reason I prefer cycling to jogging.
I do track. I LOVE RUNNING lol.
I love jogging too. Usually, I do it on soil: it's not so tough as concrete and is nicer (for me, at least).
Running is fun!
I usually do it with a good music beat, but even without it it's cool.
My normal tour is about 5km, but when I'm in good shape I do 2 rounds.
I jog along a river after work. There is a path along the canal once used by the horses to pull the boats ("chemin de hallage"). Because the river is not very wide, only one or two barge go along it a day. No car, no boat, so there is an intense animal life. Much much water birds.
one of those, my favorite ("foulque") is a black bird with a white beak which looks like a bagpipe, and makes ridiculous noises, usually the noise of a old horn, and at love season, the one of a rusted bicycle.
I jog about 2-3 times/week. I also like to ride with my bicycle.
I don't enjoy it. I don't mind running, but I hate running just to run. If I run, I want to be doing something (like playing tennis, basketball, etc.)
Yes, I agree with Afaceinthematric above me.
I prefer for there to be another sport going on. It's mainly because I feel quite self-concious when I am running and every one else around me is walking...
Also, there is very little to simulate your brain unless you have music and I find that my headphones keep falling out...

Jogging is great. Makes you feel good after you're done and keeps you in shape. It's my primary exercise.
Jogging is ok... but i am a big lineman so i would rather do 40 yard dashes then jog 320 yards. 
i like to jogg, a do it almosto every day just to warm up to my training, i run (jogg, hills, tracks, long, tempo etc) 60 to 80 kms per week, this year i ran the first of three marathon for this year, i like to run till i died (hope many years in the future), and hope to run at least 50 marathons and run all the Mexcan Marathons ( not too much) i think there is 10 to 12 marathons in my country.
i run 12 to 15 races each year, from 6 kms to marathons, my favorite is the half marathon

While it is my primary exercise as I noted earlier, it's punishing my legs now
. I need to scale back!
I started to work 9 hour a day with computer, so now I use to get up early in the morning and do run with little weights in my hands (about 1kg and 3-4km). I do this twice a week, so I hope it will help myself keeping in form.. But I would prefer have a job with more phisical activity
In the summer I ride my mountain bike too.
About cycling I don't think it is much better than running, I think it is only different.
Moreover I find mountain bike to be dangerous some times, because I know I like speed too much

I don`t know exactly how much km i run, but i run through the forest nearly 40min.
Well, jogging is boring for me, I prefer playing football, so I have to run much too. More fun and similar effect.

Jogging might ruin your back, neck and shoulders as well. And quite a few people have died by heart attack while jogging as well. So, it's possibly not the healthiest way to exercise. Simply because it's so easy to jog "the wrong way", and make your body a mess without even understanding why.

I agree, I think it is important to try run well and correctly. It is also true that not all people can know how to do, but if in doubt it is probably suffcient making little and not much!

maybe you 've got reason.. I find soldom people running smiling! I think it is due to the effort and the strees.. or for the hot weather in summer!
i was joggings a lot but i have coach since june 9 so i dont know when i will jogg again my coach want just run to me, but a feel great with the new pace, is like fly and i fell the improvement
