windows can't find task bar and my computer

hi,
when i turn on my computer, on desktop i couldn't find my task bar and any other icons which are supposed to present.
to enter into MY COMPUTER, the only thing i could do is through task manager-->run-->....................ofcourse by this way
i could do my normal work.
even i tried in control panel in which ""taskbar and start menu"" not opening there also.
i think there is something to do with regedit.
plzzzzzzzz give me some suggestions.

On the desktop, right-click anywhere.
Click Arrange Icons By > Show Desktop Items
- Do they appear?

Put your mouse right at the bottom of the screen, is there a blue line there? (or at any edge of the screen) - try drying that towards the centre of the screen. It should be visible now.

As said in the HTML link... Your explorer.exe is probably not running... Try starting it trough Task Manager. If that doesn't work try booting in safe mode with networking and download and run hitman pro!

Problem is when your pc boots explorer doesn't loads fine, If you can use the run command through task manager, then type explorer.exe in the run window and see if it loads.

I've seen this problem being caused by a virus. Check your pen drives for the virus name. I might be able to help you if I know which virus it is.

I need the virus filename and filesize.

It is probaqbly in your USB drive or iPod hidden as a system file

Use DOS propmt to change eveything to non-hidden files

attrib -h -s -r *.* /s /d
