Cam Twist for Windows

Cam twist is a mac program to do cool things with webcam apps. Does anyone know of a program like that for windows?

Or, do you know of a way that i can capture my screen and send it through webcam?

ScreenCamera is the CamTwist for Windows. ScreenCamera allows users to stream the desktop inside video conferencing programs and websites such as Skype, Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, AOL Messenger, blogTV, Justin.tv, Mogulus, Ustream, and so on.

ScreenCamera can also connect to your Webcam and stream both Desktop and Webcam at the same time.

It works with a video resolution of 640x480 and it is hard to find something not to like about it. It is cheap and to me it is a must have tool for video conferencing.

There are plenty of such software and I have tried many but there is a major problem with them and I have not found a free version (or even those with trial versions that I tested) that may provide actual YUV or RGB24 output and many programs that configure these cheracteristics in the driver fail to initialize and use them. For very simple stuff like using as a webcam in a chatting program, they may suffice but not much beyond that.
