iFrame reziser doesn't like Menu dropdown?

I got both of these scripts at DynamicDrive.com, and they both work fine but I can't get them to work together. Sad

Okay, so I don't have to explain myself you can just go here:

In Firefox after you click on a button it will ignore the scrolling=no and add a scrollbar anyways. On IE7 it sticks to the code and doesn't show a scrollbar, but neither of the browsers will adjust the iFrame like it has been told to. I know the iFrame re-adjust works because I am using it for other iFrames and it works just great! So, to try to get this working I posted here, hoping that somebody knows a fix. If not, I will go post on dynamicdrives forums and hope even more that they do have a fix.

Kind Regards!

Iframes can only show items inside it on its area. You shouldn't use iframes and with some easy techniques it is quite fast to create. You can do it with php, javascript or both of them.

Not understanding this part, what do you mean by it's fast to create? Also, it's no problem if I don't use iFrames for the navigation, but for the content it seems to be working fine.
