Welcome to frihost.
I too came here to become a web designer. Infact the reason behind my coming here was the free hosting ( because i wanted to start learning "How to host" and using php) but when i get used to it, i found it really a dream community. Everyone is willing to help you, just ask a question in relevent section and you will get answers (if someone knows the solution).
