For 6 years the US and UK governments have both repeatedly and vociferously denied any such rendition flights, but finally we now have an admission that at least 2 occurred.
These flights transported prisoners into countries where torture was possible and were a clear breach of international law, as well as a breach of UK laws. Many of us believe that this is actually only the tip of the iceberg and that many such flights occurred across UK and EU airspace and using facilities of European countries.
