Empty forum site, with a poorly designed red on green logo. You are casting a very large net... large forum site with a lot of empty forums, hoping to talk about 'football'. You might want to narrow down to a specific region (India ?? UK?) , and entice folks in that way.

Right now, you expect the visitor to provide the content. It doesn't work that way.
