By using FTP you can delete your wordpress files and fix up your site from FTP. If you've never used FTP before then download SmartFTP(http://www.smartftp.com/) and login with your username and password. The host will be frihost.com or your subdomain / domain. For phpmyadmin you can go into your database that has WordPress and delete it from there. You can acces your phpmyadmin site by going to: http://frihost.com/phpmyadmin/ And logining in with your database username and password (which can probably be found in your Wordpress config file) and then you can delete the tables.
