wow... i'm from india, and this really works...
their catch is that they send our text in 80 characters and other 80 characters are ads, hence their name "160 by 2" (and yea they have cool mcdonalds offers

There is some bug with html on site when i try to send SMS it says "Please click on below ADS to send sms to XXX.." but ads below aren't clickable.There are lots of sites which provide Free sms from website such as 160by2, indiarocks etc. Currently I am using http://www.youmint.com/. It's really very good site, this site also gives us earning chance. What a pitty ! I would like to have that service over here!

I come from Sweden and we have got vary much SMSservices. But the most times it is a company known by the police or something, criminals. I should never use a service like sending sms:es from internet, with no guarantees or policy or Term and conditionsDoes anyone know of a site that accepts msgs via SMS?
this 160by2 website is for Indian SMS and now added some foreign countries pls visit the site for more details

welcome you can use these as free without paying any money but you have to register your mobile number here.
