im willing to pay 30 Frih$ for someone to find me a website where i can get absolutley free business cards from that are sent to my house.

i dont mean a website where i can post them myself.

well, you must understand that it is extremely improbable that any business will give you business cards for free. (http://www.juicybc.com/ for example)
What you can do though is get some kind of free sofware to design your own cards and then print them yourself...

If you are not a graphic designer, how about asking here in the marketplace for someone to design them?
