Please take note that soon I will not be providing phpBB2 installations publicly, but I will still install them if you PM me with what you want and a download link to what you want. This is because phpBB.com is going to retire phpBB2 soon.
I decided to make a new topic on this because it is going to be heavily different. Now that phpBB3 is released, soon there will be a lot of new services for it.
Note :: I am not selling the rights to use this software, as I do not own it. I am only charging to install mods, forums, styles, etc.

READ FIRST! - Private Information
Do not post any usernames, passwords, etc. when requesting my services on this topic. It is a major security threat!
Any completely new installation of phpBB2 or 3 requires usernames, passwords, and database info. If you do not feel comfortable giving your info to me, you can do one of three things:
I have helped multiple people with these services and I have not hacked anyone's forum.
Some mods, installations, etc. require more information than others. I will not ask for anything I do not need. If you have requested my services and have a question on a piece of information I am asking for, PM me and I will tell you why I need it.

I assure you, this is very low costing work, you usually will pay someone 5-15$ USD for basic phpBB2 or phpBB3 installation and even more for mods. If I mess up while working, I will fix the problem, install the mod (if I can), and send your frih$ back if it causes your users to lose time or if it causes your site to be unusable for a period of time longer than an hour.
If I mess up on the mod/installation and your site's server is to blame, I will give your frih$ back and remove the mod/installation if you would like. If I try to install a mod onto your site and I cannot finish it, I will send your payment back and give you a link to the mod so you can request someone else's assistance.
If you don't have much frih$ but you want some of my services, I can work something out.
If I for some reason start your request and I am not able to finish what I started and you are having problems and I am not online for awhile, I am sorry, I will pay you back your frih$ + ~10% more and I will attempt to install what you want for free + something else if I decide to.
