I did a search on this, didn't find anyone that suggested it.
My suggestion for the Support and Web-hosting section would be to Key code every like such below
For Request an Account Change Section
[Account Cancellation- Accnt Creator] Reason
[Account Reset- Accnt Creator] Account Name To Reset - CPANEL / Direct Admin
[Sub Change - Accnt Creator ] SUB DOMAIN TO SUB DOMAIN
Web Hosting Support
[Forgot/Lost Password - Accnt Creator] Account Name
[Server # Down ] Date & Time Noticed
[ How to ] What you need to know
[Question] - The_question
[Issue Solved] - To show their need for support is solved, these topics can be easy looked over since they are solved.
More can be created, I have seen about 30+ different types of sub domain changes & account cancellations types requested different ways. I think it would make support A LOT easier. Most of the topics created are not specific enough to know what they needed help with, Such as
Of course this is just a suggestion in my opinion.
