Associated Press announced a very deadly attack on a Pet Market. (No, not a military target, the typical civilian target). Over 70 people killed and scores wounded. Considering it's a pet market, I can only guess that, as usual, a good number were women and children. But this, in and of itself, is not a surprise. We're getting used to it.
What's interesting about this is that it seems the terrorists have found a new low in carrying out their murder. Yes, they've been able to convince women AND children to strap bombs on themselves and blow up schools, malls and mosques. But now they're using mentally disabled people to do their dirty work. People who very well may not be willing to blow themselves up.
I guess we shouldn't expect more from these cowards. But it still shocks me.
