AdVantage should be hung

I downloaded Ares P2P. First, that stupid AdVantage tag-along that comes with it, spewing popups when I'm browsing the web, gives me the impression that I have a virus. Then I find out its Ares' way of making money.

How can I disable AdVantage?* Sometimes I'm on the verge of punching my screen every time one of those damn pop-ups comes up... Evil or Very Mad

Help would be GREATLY appreciated.

*By the way, I'm prepared to find out that there must be some painfully easy way to get rid of it, and I'm sure it will make me sound stupid =)

you downloaded the wrong ares. uninstall it, clean up your system, then get the real ares here:
