My Halo 3 Models that i have made.

Here are some pictures of the halo 3 models i have made;

Wow those are really good. For some reason when I read models, I assumed they were going to be character models though. I've always wanted to play with 3D modeling, but it's something I never get around to doing. What program(s) did you use and how long did each gun model take you to complete?

It took me about a week for the spiker, and then another week for the magnum.

I used autodesk 3ds max 8. And the modeling technique i used was plane modeling.

So if you think of starting modeling just search for plane modeling tutorials, becuase you can get the most detail out of that, and its easier when you get used to it.

I tried 3D modeling a while back, I just never could grasp it very well. These are really good though. Please, Please put some texture on these, they would look soooo gooood.
