How can i stream something on the server so i can hear it on my thin client?
Are you talking about a Radio Server? Windows Server 2003 comes with a built in streaming media server. I don't really know how to use it, but you can access it by:
Start > Manage Your Server > Add/Remove Roles > Streaming Media Server
I have really never tried anything because I don't have a router so if I make a VPN then it will lag my internet connection up the wall, it's pretty horrible.

I recall using Slim Server to make a media server that my Nokia n800 could access awhile ago. Ended up being more trouble then it was worth because the nokia's CPU couldn't handle playing a live stream like that. But for an actual thin client it might work well. A google search for Streaming Media Server (your OS here) might help you a bit more.
i think that the problem is in the windows ce 5.0. maybe with windows ce 6.0 its work
