A long time ago i had this account called: gamingpa (gamingparadise) now i tried to log in again but it doesn't work, is my account deleted?
From what I can tell, your hosting account no longer exists since you have not been active. Your forum account on the other hand is still active and not banned. Your forum username is the full 'gamingparadise'. Try using the forgot your password feature if you still can't login.

but now i have a problem, i forgot my password to the Frihost forums and also the password to my email account, is there a chance that you can send my password to a different email if u give u some information i put in my profile and the link of my website etc.? Or is this not possible?
