Embedding swf clips in Flash files

I have this flash file i'm creating [starting with a blank template and empty timeline]. I also have this .swf file whose .fla i do not have. What i want to do is import the .swf into flash and like.. play it as if it were a clip inside my flash file.

i don't want to convert the .swf to .fla.. i just want to embed it.. like i would embed a video.. like .flv or something.

also.. i don't want to do it actively.. i.e via action script and stuff. It's a plain embedding i'd like to do using flash.

i'm using macromedia flash mx and i have sorta no experience with flash.

You could use the loadMovie method of MovieClip to
embed the .swf file into the movie you created.

Be sure supply a unquie level number to the method.
