I am planning on buying an iphone from the apple internet store, but I have a question beforehand.
I am also planning on unlocking it since I dont live at the States.
The question is, if I buy it from the online apple store ($400 at the moment), do I have to subscribe to an AT&T plan during the process of buying it? or is that step unneccessary until I actually receive the phone?
