For the past two weeks I have been unable to connect to my cpanel and/or my ftp directory. Are there any solutions to this?

where you constantly unable to connect or did you only try a couple of times? The servers are down sometimes and if you try a couple of minutes later they are almost always up again. If not you'll find a topic about it here or it's on your side.
it was down yesterday too, just try it like rvec said in a few minutes
Nope ever since about two weeks ago it is down all the time. I can never connect to it. I can see my website online, but I can't go through cpanel or my ftp through an ftp program.
