Well i find this really interesting!! How can you make this thing?? Do you need a specific function or a somthing else (a software)?

you can just change the permissions on the forum. If you have your forum set up just look at the permission settings and you'll figure it out.

Also this should be in webhosting support of even better in the websoftware forum.
