i don't really understand what you mean by hacking but If you mean abusing software bugs and intruding other pc's you are not allowed to host any information about that or link to any information about that on your frihost hosting space or on the forums.
If you meant adding extra abilities to software (like phpBB hacks) then just ignore this msg.

No i don't mean abusing a software bug or somthing like that...I mean you create your own hack thet permits you to have advantage to someone...You modify some values so you can hit hadrder or higher damage...I dont intruding other pc's...I dont do that...I use my own computer to do this.

So you are making hacks for games? I am not moderator but if you try to abuse games like WoW or any others online games, it's now allowed. Example : Coding a program to have infinity ammo on a game like Counter-Strike wouldn't be allowed but a similar program could be allowed to "hack" pinball (the windows game).
Because using hacks on online games could be considered as illegal if you read the T&C of the game you are "abusing"

Well my forum would be somthing like that butthis thing brings alot of people...I searched for 1 month to find a host that woill accept that...No one want that but there are some people that have that forums! What host to they use?!?!...
PS: Can you please make an exception? I'll try not to get you in trouble...If i get caught i delete all the forum or i will lock it...Please...=D
I don't think it's a question of getting caught or not, it's like if you ask your school to host on their server the answers of the exams you will get. Seriously, I doubt they will let you host game's hacks and to answer your question, you won't find hosts that allow their users to upload illegal contents and I don't think you will get any help about this here and certainly not from me. Why? First because I'm a gamer and you don't want to know what I think about those stupid lames who are using hacks and ruins our games. Second, instead of making hacks, there's a TONS of small programing teams who need help to make their games more secure, if you are good, why don't you join one of them and HELP instead of DESTROYING?
Of course I am not moderator so it's just my opinion but don't expect more from them.

Why dont I join them?? Well think about it...In Ps2, Ps3, Xbox 360, Wii games...they pu cheats so you can enjoy more hte game where you're in a difficult situation...Take GTA...It was always made with cheats. As many other games...If i join them the gams will be boring (here talking about warrock) I restar to play this game becasue i found hacking...Without it the game is just so boring...Same maps, Same guns, Same characters...

As I said, I don't think the problem is when you are hacking on offline games mod, like GTA Storyline but if you are making hacks to do more damage in Halo 3 (example) when you are playing ONLINE then I don't think this is allowed. Another example, when you play Battlefield 2, there's no "story mod", you only play online and to be able to play, you must log in. If you make a hack to be at X level (normally you need to kills, each kills give you points and with a certain ammount of point you level up) then this is not legal, just read the text when they ask you "Do you accept our terms and conditions". But if you are playing to Pinball and you make a program to have infini ball, this is legal.
Online - NO!!
Offline - Yeah! There is no hack to be at XX level...I'm just making hacks to be better in the game...Not higher level...
We offer the chance to noobs that are not as good as you at the game to be better...Not to be rejected.
If the game creator can't afford enough money to fight hacks...This is not my problem...

Think at this...You are a 30 years old person...You love making love (you know what i mean 
). But then 30 years passed, but you still like making love...but this time you can't becasue you are old (you know what i mean). So you have to take some pills so you can make love again!
This is like hacking you have ot hack so you can have fun in the game...
