I suggest a new forum where people can discuss paid hosts,so when they do eventually move on to paid hosting they will have a better idea of which host to go with.
Paid Hosting
I like that idea because many hosts rip off people and there are few good deals around the place. If you did that forum, people would have a chance to shop around for the best deals on this very forum!

I know forums are not expressly stated there, but opening a forum where you wouldn't be able to post makes no sense to me.
On the other hand, (in case i missread and you are talking about paid hosting on Frihost), "Things that you MUST not SUGGEST -- READ BEFORE POSTING!" mentions on line 14) Paid Hosting .
