Last.fm Loved tracks txt file generation

How would I be able to recall my Loved Tracks on Last.fm? And how I could automatically rate all of them with 5 stars?
Or in WinAmp, I can't find the shortcut key combo to rate the playing song 5 stars.

As far as I know you can't. Maybe with Vista when you are in the directory you select all songs and vote 5 once.

just replace <<YOUR USER NAME HERE>> with your username on last.fm
