Just fot the record, this is a theoretical based question. I'm planing to make a forum when or if I get my hosting. I was wondering, I read that you said not to put MP3 files on your server, even inside a hard to find folder...ect. Though I was wondering if we are allowed to use are seperate smaller server or use yousendit.com to host the files and be allowed to post the link to them in a thread or is that still against your rules?

It's not allowed, unless you own the copyright of those music files. You won't be allowed to link to a britney-spears mp3 download.
