Is there a Open Source Online Booking System ?

I don't really get your question, but I assume that you are talking about bookings for hotel rooms or other room reservations.

I don't really know whether a specific system like that exists as an open source project, but I would recommend you look for a generic CMS (Content Management System) such as Drupal or Joomla and start from there (perhaps asking in their forums or searching for some modules/addons required for your functionality).
