my brother was murdered august 17 2007. he is in heaven with the LORD now. we just had the preliminary hearing today, the trial starts feb 8,2008 at 9:00 am.he was maliciously murdered with a 5 pound sledge hammer. the person who murdered him was Todd Duane Little(for little brain)
